Working closely with the You Understood team, we conducted thorough research into their brand identity, values, and visual guidelines to ensure all podcast clips would seamlessly leverage their marketing efforts. We also researched their diverse guest roster—psychologists, personal trainers, authors—to understand how to best highlight each expert's unique insights while maintaining brand consistency.

Our production process centered on creating high-quality video content that reflected You Understood's calming, professional aesthetic using their signature palette of soft aqua colors. This phase focused on extracting segments that showcased valuable mental health insights, practical wellbeing advice, and inspiring personal stories that aligned with the brand's educational mission.

This phase included verifying that all messaging was appropriate and supportive, checking that visual elements consistently reinforced their brand identity, and confirming that each clip delivered clear, actionable insights that served their audience's wellbeing journey.
